Agreement: The contract formed between the Client and Landscapers Palmers Green upon acceptance of services.

2. Services Offered

We offer a comprehensive range of landscaping services tailored to meet the unique needs of each Client. Our services include:

Garden Design and Planning
Planting and Garden Installation
Lawn Maintenance and Care
Hardscaping: Patios, Walkways, and Retaining Walls
Seasonal Clean-ups
Tree and Shrub Pruning
Irrigation System Installation and Maintenance
Pest and Weed Control

3. Booking and Scheduling

To schedule our services, Clients must contact us via our official communication channels. We strive to accommodate all scheduling requests; however, availability is subject to our current workload. Once a booking is confirmed, Clients will receive a confirmation email detailing the service date and time.

3.1. Appointment Confirmation

Upon scheduling, Clients will receive a confirmation within 48 hours. If no confirmation is received within this timeframe, please contact our office to verify your booking.

4. Payment Terms

Our payment terms are designed to be straightforward and transparent. The following terms apply:

Deposits: A deposit may be required for large or specialized projects. The deposit amount will be communicated during the booking process.
Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and checks.
Payment Schedule: Payments are due as outlined in the service agreement. Typically, full payment is required upon completion of the project unless otherwise specified.
Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees. Clients will be notified in the event of a delayed payment.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that circumstances may change. The following cancellation and refund policies apply:

Cancellations: Clients may cancel services up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
Refunds: Refunds for deposits will be processed if cancellations adhere to the above policy. Services already rendered are non-refundable.
Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule services subject to our availability.

6. Liability

Landscapers Palmers Green strives to provide high-quality services. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability does not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the services in question.

7. Warranties

We provide warranties on our workmanship and the materials used in our projects. The specifics of these warranties will be detailed in the service agreement. Warranties do not cover damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or natural events.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Landscapers Palmers Green operates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or through our official communication channels. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Intellectual Property

We are not responsible for any delays or failures in performing our services due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
